Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what data VPNHJ processes when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why that data is processed, and how users can request access or deletion. Using the service means acknowledging the data practices described here.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

VPNHJ uses a username and password for registration, with no email address required. During registration, the username and securely processed password credentials are handled to identify the account, verify login status, and protect account access. Users should avoid including real identity information in their username.

Order records created by subscriptions, payments, or refunds may include the plan name, amount, payment channel, transaction status, creation time, and transaction identifier returned by the channel. This information is used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile payments, handle after-sales disputes, apply refund rules, and maintain financial records. The service also processes plan traffic usage, subscription status, and expiration status to apply the rules of the selected plan.

When users visit marketing pages or the user panel, the system may generate necessary technical records, such as request time, visited pages, browser type, referring page, IP address, and error information. This data is used for troubleshooting, security protection, access analytics, and page improvements. It is not used to build advertising profiles or infer the content users browse.

Anonymous No-Logs and Connection Records

VPNHJ follows an anonymous no-logs policy. The service does not record which websites users access through international routes, access content, DNS queries, message bodies, or application communications. It also does not create a connection history that can trace specific network activity back to a user.

Because browsing content and connection history are not created, there is no corresponding retention period. To maintain subscription status and calculate plan usage, the system may process account-level aggregate traffic data, but that data does not include destinations, page content, or message bodies. Temporary technical information generated by infrastructure errors is used only for diagnosis and security handling. After the relevant purpose is complete, it is cleared or de-identified according to operational rules.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface states, and security verification results. These items support essential functions, such as keeping users signed in, restoring selections, and reducing repeated actions. If necessary storage is disabled, some login or user panel functions may not work properly.

Access analytics may be processed in aggregate to understand whether pages open correctly, whether entry points work, and where errors are concentrated. VPNHJ does not use cookies or local storage to create cross-site advertising profiles. Users can clear local data through their browser settings; doing so also removes the login state and saved preferences.

Payment Processing and External Providers

VPNHJ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment steps may be completed by the relevant payment channel or its service providers. Payment providers may process payment account, transaction verification, and risk-control information under their own rules, and that processing is governed by their privacy policies.

VPNHJ typically receives only the transaction result, amount, status, and transaction identifier needed to complete an order. Users are not required to submit complete payment authentication credentials on this site. When a refund, chargeback, or order review occurs, necessary order information may be shared between VPNHJ and the relevant payment processor to complete the request.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account is active to provide login, subscription management, and after-sales support. Order and transaction records are retained for the periods required for settlement, dispute handling, and applicable rules. Access analytics and error records are kept only as long as needed for analytics, security, or troubleshooting, and are then deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the ticket entry in the user panel. VPNHJ first verifies that the requester controls the relevant account, then processes data eligible for deletion. If some order records must be temporarily retained for settlement, dispute handling, or applicable rules, their use will be restricted and they will be handled after the retention reason ends. Account deletion does not alter anonymous analytics results that were lawfully completed earlier.

Policy Updates and Scope

VPNHJ may update this policy due to feature changes, security requirements, payment process changes, or updates to applicable rules. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Changes that materially affect data processing may also be announced through the user panel.

The new version applies to data processing that occurs after publication. Before continuing to use the service, users can review this page to confirm the current rules. If there are questions about an update, users can submit a specific question through a user panel ticket. This policy covers only data processing activities controlled by VPNHJ; external websites, applications, and payment processors handle data under their own rules.
