Service Description and Scope
VPNHJ provides network acceleration services for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service includes account management, subscription delivery, access to international routes, route selection, and support channels related to subscriptions. Available routes may change based on network conditions, node maintenance, and infrastructure status.
The service covers 120+ countries / 250+ routes. This coverage describes the range of routes offered and does not mean that every route will perform identically in every region, network environment, or target website. Choose a suitable route based on your location, connection, and intended use.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. You are responsible for securely storing your username, password, subscription details, and login session, and for all activity under your account. If your credentials may have been exposed, change your password promptly and stop sharing the associated subscription information.
An active subscription supports use on unlimited devices, but the account, subscription links, and route access are for reasonable use by the account holder only. You may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, publish it publicly, or provide ongoing access to anyone other than the account holder through shared access points, bulk distribution, or other means. Unlimited devices means there is no device-count limit; it does not grant permission to resell or publicly share the service.
Subscription traffic, active status, and available benefits are determined by the user panel. When changing devices, you can retrieve the client and subscription again through the panel. Do not request or distribute the actual subscription URL from pages outside this site.
Acceptable Use Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and where the target service is accessed, and determine for yourself whether a specific use is permitted. This service is intended only for lawful cross-border access, access to international websites, remote collaboration, information research, and general network acceleration.
You may not use the service to infringe others’ rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious software, send abusive traffic, interfere with network infrastructure, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful activity. You may not use automation to consume abnormal amounts of resources, disrupt normal route operation, or prevent other users from reasonably using the service. The person responsible for the conduct is liable for any resulting complaints, disputes, or legal consequences.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections are affected by local network quality, carrier routing, target-service policies, device configuration, node maintenance, and other factors. VPNHJ maintains and adjusts routes based on operating conditions, but does not guarantee that any route will connect to a specified target at all times, or that users in different regions will receive identical speeds and experiences.
Scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, upstream network changes, events beyond reasonable control, or device configuration issues may cause interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary unavailability of certain features. Keep local copies of important data and verify route status before carrying out critical business activities. To the extent permitted by law, VPNHJ is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or changes to third-party services beyond the reasonable control of this service.
Restrictions, Termination, and Changes to These Terms
If an account involves resale, public sharing, abnormal resource consumption, harm to network infrastructure, unlawful use, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNHJ may, depending on the risk, restrict related features, suspend route access, or terminate account services. To investigate security and abuse issues, the service may ask users to provide necessary explanations about account activity through a panel ticket.
VPNHJ may update these terms based on the service scope, operational requirements, or applicable rules. Updated content will be posted on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed accordingly. Once material changes take effect, continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and handle your account matters within the scope of your active benefits.
